James Lawson is a trainer, pastor, and activist who trained students to effectively participate in nonviolent resistance during the Civil Rights Movement.

Imam Moussa al-Sadr (1928-1978?)

Imam Moussa al-Sadr was the leading Shiite Muslim figure in southern Lebanon during the 1960s and 1970s.
