Some of our most powerful moments in trainings have happened when we have invited margins to speak to the group in such an interview.
Interviews can also be a tool used in a role play context, such as having someone enter into a story and speak for a character. This allows our human empathy to be engaged but through the security of speaking in a voice and from a story not our own.
