To practice brainstorming in a quick, fun way, hand out paperclips to every participant. Make a list of all the ideas for how to use a paperclip. You can elicit generally from the group or even go around the circle asking everyone to come up with one idea so that everyone participates in the brainstorm.
Some ideas: Holding papers together, picking a lock, fixing glasses when the screw comes out, making an earring, clipping hair back, checking if a cake is done baking,….
